Full Facility
Capacity up to 350

All of the Center's spaces are interconnected and can be rented together to accommodate larger groups or display larger exhibits. When renting the Full Facility, you can raise our glass-paneled garage doors to make one, large, open space, or leave the doors closed for break-out rooms. The Full Facility also includes use of the Exhibition Gallery for overflow. For seated receptions, our entire facility can accommodate up to 200 people comfortably. For standing receptions, the facility can accommodate up to 350.

Main Hall
Capacity up to 250

The Center's signature presentation and exhibition hall is a dramatic and flexible space. High ceilings with built-in projectors and screens make this spacious gallery a perfect fit for symposia, talks, films, and receptions. It is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology systems and modern furnishings. If hosting a theater-style presentation in the Main Hall only, capacity is limited to approximately 200. 

General Building Contractors Association Conference Room (Large)
Capacity 12 to 30

This handsome space provides a professional setting for your meetings or classes. A glass-paneled garage-style door looks out over our Main Hall, providing a sense of spaciousness, while the included flat-screen TV with Zoom Room capabilities, conference tables, and executive chairs provide function and sleek design. An event larger than 20 people limits you to theatre-style seating.

Advanced Office Environments / Haworth Conference Room (Small)
Capacity 8 to 12

Our AOE/Haworth Conference Room is perfectly suited for small informal meetings or classes. A glass-paneled garage door looks out over our exhibition hall, making our most affordable meeting space feel larger than its 12-person capacity. The room comes standard with flat panel TV with Zoom Room capabilities, conference tables, and executive chairs.
