You’re invited to participate in a special interactive summit for built environment design students. The summit will be in person and online.
This year's site is the "Disney Hole," a surface parking lot at the southwest corner of 8th and Market in Center City, Philadelphia, symbolizing unrealized potential. Once home to Gimbel's Department Store, the area was cleared after the store’s closure, with DisneyQuest intended to replace it but never came to fruition. The lot remains a reminder of missed opportunities, now awaiting transformation.
Students are invited to reimagine this dormant space in the Disney Hole Student Design Competition using this AI and Culturally Competent Workshop as a starting point.
Join AI experts to envision what the Disney Hole could be by leveraging AI as a visualization tool. This event will be interactive both in person and online and is free for students to attend.
Why you should attend…
