One of its primary programs is the K-12 Architecture and Design Education (“ADE”) program. The ADE program is committed to exponentially expand access to quality design education in Philadelphia. Diversity in the design and construction industry is woefully inadequate and unrepresentative of People of color. Our goal is to make more students aware of the career opportunities in design with a particular focus on students from Black and Latinx communities.
