Reflecting the duality of the Gilded Age—a time of opulence and hidden decay—Lynnewood Hall stands as a testament to both breathtaking beauty and the passage of time.  

This theme also nods to our commitment to increasing design accessibility and equity in Philadelphia, emphasizing that something gilded, shiny, or expensive isn’t always the best. Often, a project by an unknown designer can have more impact than one from a more “gilded” designer.
