This session is designed for entrepreneurs who are in the middle of growing their small business, past the starting point but still actively shaping what it becomes. It focuses on the stage where direction is emerging through real work and reflection, and where presence is something you are intentionally building rather than passively discovering.
We will explore how a brand takes form through consistent, purpose-driven action rooted in core values. Instead of waiting for full clarity to arrive, the focus is on making thoughtful decisions that gradually define how the brand shows up and how it is experienced by others.
The conversation also looks at presence as something you create with intention over time, not just something that happens as a result of growth. It emphasizes staying grounded while evolving, so that as the brand shifts and expands, its expression remains aligned, recognizable, and connected to what matters most.
