This experience is part of a special event series called “Thriving Through Change” that is designed to foster meaningful discussions about the challenges that creative professionals are facing today. Over 20 CreativeMornings chapters around the world are working together to co-design interactive event formats that unleash the collective wisdom of our community. We’re excited to learn from one another!
This initiative to bring more participatory events to our CreativeMornings universe is made possible by our Global Partner Adobe.

The Center provides Philadelphia with educational programs, exhibitions, and a public forum to explore architecture, urban planning, and design, allowing visitors the opportunity to understand how these disciplines affect us all in our daily lives. Using our city’s distinctive breadth of architecture, pioneering urban design, and manufacturing heritage as the foundation for conversation, we educate the public through talks, exhibitions, publications, hands-on workshops, design competitions, festivals, and children’s programming.

Additional details
AI is shaping our world in profound ways—but how are we, as a community, thinking about and using it?
Our April event is an intentional deviation from the usual speaker/audience format and an invitation to join a collective conversation about AI’s possibilities, challenges, and the roles we want (or don’t want!) it to play in our lives.
This experience is part of a larger CreativeMornings initiative which seeks to bring more participatory events into the CreativeMornings universe.
There are currently 20+ CreativeMornings chapters around the world working to co-design and push the traditional event framework! All of these events will be collected under the umbrella “Thriving Through Change”.
The initiative to bring more participatory to our CreativeMornings universe is made possible by our Global Partner Adobe.
Come prepared to explore these questions:
1️⃣ Are you currently using AI in your work or life? If so, how?
2️⃣ What are your concerns about AI?
3️⃣ What are your hopes?

? WHAT TO EXPECT
Welcome and Warm-Up: We’ll kick things off with a brief introduction, and some neighborly chatter (don’t worry, there will be modifications for introverts!)
After warming up, we’ll move into the main event—a series of participatory exercises about our topic. We’ll invite you to raise your hand to share your thoughts, experiences, or questions about AI. You can also just passively watch and not actively participate but we’re tried to make it pretty low effort.

❤️ GROUNDING IN OUR VALUES
✔️ This experience is not about finding answers but exploring the complexities of AI together. It’s about surfacing the experiences of our community— listening and learning with and from each other.
✔️ Ethical concerns around AI will be part of the conversation, as we reflect on both its challenges and opportunities.
✔️ Introverts welcome! There will be moments for both sharing and quiet reflection.
✔️ The goal is to surface our thoughts, feelings, and questions—and to highlight ways AI can support us as artists and creatives.
