During DesignPhiladelphia, come out to see the oldest disc golf course on the East Coast right here in Fairmount Park: SedgleyWoods Disc Golf Course.  Not only is Sedgley the oldest course, it's also an extremely popular course.  Sedgley hosts national, regional, and local tournaments and is open to the public 7 days a week.  Hundreds of people play disc golf at Sedgley every week due to the growing popularity of the sport.  With increasing demand, comes increased need for design and construction professionals (architects, landscape architects, engineers, wayfinding signage/environmental graphics, landscaping contractors, etc.) to design and build courses in public and private parks across the country.

Join us for a beverage and a tour of the course and learn more about Sedgley Woods and the future of disc golf in Philadelphia!
