Collab at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Center for Architecture + Design invite you to meet Groundswell Design Group. This Philadelphia-based placemaking and design firm is known for enhancing the Philadelphia experience and improving public spaces around the globe. Participate in a panel discussion with Principal, David Fierabend and thought leaders from his urban and interior design divisions. Guests will takeaway insights about this firm's interdisciplinary approach to placemaking and design by discussing local projects like Spruce Street Harbor Park, Cherry Street Pier, and Independence Beer Garden.

Meet David Fierabend and members of the Groundswell Design Group, the organization behind some of Philly’s most popular public parks, land art installations, and pop-ups.

Also hear from a panel of speakers, including Inga Saffron, architecture critic for the Philadelphia Inquirer

This event is hosted by Matthew Rodrigues of NBC’s Chicago Today.

A light reception for Collab members to follow.

Presented in collaboration with DesignPhiladelphia, an annual festival produced by the Center for Architecture and Design.

This event is part of the Collab program series.
